Purchase bonuses

• Buy products marked (+bonuses) through your personal account and automatically receive bonuses on your account.
• The amount of bonuses is indicated on the product card.
• Bonuses are calculated as a whole number without rounding, without counting the digits after the decimal point.
• The amount of bonus hryvnias for accrual may change if you used bonus hryvnias or other discounts when paying for the product.
• The bonuses accrued for the product are canceled if you do not pick up the order, cancel it or return the product.

Review bonuses
Look for the bonus mark in the "Customer Reviews" section of the product card.
The amount of feedback bonuses will be indicated there.

Charging occurs if:

• You purchased the product you are reviewing;
• Feedback is unique;
• Contains useful information about the product;
• Feedback does not duplicate other comments and does not contain spam;
• a little more than 10 reviews from the user are taken into account in 1 month.

More about requirements:
The accrual period is within 7 days after the review is published on the website.

Subscription Bonuses
1. When a guest signs up for a subscription, he will be automatically registered, and he will be shown a window with a notification about the successful change of the subscription status.
2. A letter with the number of accrued points, name - e-mail and an automatically generated password for authorization in the store will be sent to the e-mail specified by the guest.

When a previously registered, but not authorized user registers a subscription, he will be prompted to authorize.
After successful authorization, a window will be displayed with a notification about the successful change of subscription status and accrued bonus points.
When registering a subscription, a registered and authorized user will be shown a window with a notification about the successful change of the subscription status and accrued bonus points.

Important!
Bonuses are calculated only once, regardless of whether it is a guest or a registered user.

How to use bonuses

• Bonuses can be used to pay for the cost of the product.
• Calculation: 1 bonus = 1 hryvnia
• At the same time, at least 3 hryvnias must be paid in cash.
• When paying for the order, enter the desired amount of bonuses in the corresponding field.
• If the amount is available, it will be debited from the account and the amount due will be transferred.

When bonuses are not accrued:

• Purchase of goods on credit, on payment, by non-cash settlement.
• Purchase of a gift certificate
• The product participates in the promotion with a gift.
• In the product card, it is stated that accrual of bonuses is not available.
• The order was placed not through a personal account, but by means of a call order or the phone number indicated on the website.

When bonuses do not apply:

• Purchase of goods on credit, on payment, by non-cash settlement.
• Purchase of a gift certificate
• A promotional code has been applied to the order.
• The product participates in the promotion with a gift.
• In the product card it is stated that the use of bonuses is not available.

Return and withdrawal of bonuses

• Bonuses  are not returned to the account if you used them on an order and then returned/exchanged the product.
• Bonus will be debited upon return of the product for which they were charged.
• Bonus will be debited in case of exchange of the product for which they were charged.
• At the same time, you can receive bonuses for a new product (if this is provided for in the product card).
• To receive bonuses for a new product, place an order through your personal account (and not by calling the person indicated on the website).

Accumulated points stay with you forever:
We believe that they should not burn and we do not introduce a lifetime of bonus points (as most of our competitors do)
