The online store "demoda.in.ua" (hereinafter - Demoda) adheres to the principles of confidentiality and inviolability of information received from Demoda customers as part of the provision of services. Demoda guarantees the preservation of information with limited access and the protection of personal data of users of Demoda services (hereinafter - Users), including when using the official website of Demoda, mobile applications, application software interfaces and applications, payments and transfers through payment systems, etc. (hereinafter - Services).

The information received by Demoda is used to: create a User account; provision of the Service or function ordered by the User; communication with Users for the purpose of informing about personalized unique offers and promotions of Demoda; evaluation and analysis of the market, customers, products and services provided by Demoda; effective customer service; provision of updating and technical support of the Services, including mobile application on the User's device; any other purposes in the amount sufficient for quality provision of Services.
Transfer of information to third parties
Demoda may transfer information received from Users as part of the provision of Services to third parties in order to properly perform their duties under these Services. The distribution of personal data by Demoda without the consent of the User or a person authorized by him is allowed in cases defined by law and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.
Protection of confidential information and information about the User Confidential information, personal data and non-personalized information are stored on internal Demoda resources, access to which is restricted in accordance with the requirements of the provisions of the Demoda Information Security Policy.

Rights and responsibilities of the User
The user has the right to receive information about the procedure for processing his personal data, as well as other rights defined by Part 2 of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (as amended) (hereinafter - the Law).< br>

In accordance with the Law, Demoda processes Users' personal data for the purpose of providing them with Services on the basis of the permission to process personal data granted in accordance with the Law for the exercise of powers and for the execution of a transaction to which the User is a party. The user can voluntarily give Demoda consent to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of receiving advertising and informational materials or for another specified purpose.
By registering on the official website of Demoda, in mobile applications, application software interfaces and applications, the User confirms that he is familiar with the terms of this Privacy Policy, in particular, with the purpose of processing personal data specified in this Policy, and the rights granted to subjects of personal data according to Art. 8 of the Law, and the use of personal data by Ukrposhta, by ticking the box "I agree with the Privacy Policy".
