Terms of exchange/return of good quality goods
Observance of consumer rights is a mandatory condition of Demoda's work.
Consumer rights when purchasing a non-food product of appropriate quality: Exchange period: within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

Exchange condition: The Demoda online store has the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

The list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return) is approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
Consumer rights upon termination of the sales contract: settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the product at the time of its purchase; the money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract; in case of impossibility to return the money on the day of termination of the contract - at another time as agreed by the parties, but no later than within seven days.

The exchange and return of goods is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", according to which the buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller within 14 days from the day of purchase. In the case of a customer's request to return or exchange the product, contact him as quickly as possible and specify the reason for the return/exchange of the product.

During the exchange of goods, in the application, indicate: In case of a disputed situation regarding the return, it will be necessary to provide the following information: Warranty period
This is the period during which the buyer can send us the goods ordered from us for an exchange or for a refund.
The warranty period must be specified in the warranty card or in another document attached to the product.
Also, the warranty period must be specified in the product description.
If, as a result of the buyer's warranty claim, you made a refund or exchange, then such an order is considered completed, and no recalculation or commission refund is made for it.
