Delivery methods:
- New mail (To the office of the postal operator, to post offices, courier delivery )

Delivery usually takes 1-3 days.
The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of the delivery service.
When receiving an order, you must have a passport or driver's license with you.
Prepaid goods can be received only by the person for whom the delivery is made.
Delivery to the "Ukrposhta" branch
Delivery of goods lasts from 1 to 4 days within the borders of Ukraine.
The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of the delivery service.
When receiving it, you must have your passport or driver's license with you.
Prepaid goods can be received only by the person for whom the delivery is made.
Shipping cost:
- Cost "at carrier rates" (set by default) means that the buyer pays for delivery when receiving the parcel, its cost is calculated by the carrier;
- The fixed cost of delivery is the exact cost in hryvnias. In this case, the buyer pays for delivery to the seller at the same time as payment for the goods, and the seller pays for the services of the transport company when sending the parcel;
- Free - Demoda pays for shipping. If the cost of delivery depends on the amount of the order, specify the necessary conditions in the application for setting up delivery methods. In this case, the shipping cost will be displayed in the buyer's cart only if the order amount is higher than the amount you set.
- Delivery time to big cities usually takes only 1 day, to other settlements 1-4 days depending on the region.
- Orders placed before 15:00 are sent on the same day.
- If the order issued after 3:00 p.m. - shipment on the next working day.
- Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (in the pre-holiday period and on Saturdays).
Payment
We accept the following types of payment:
Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery)
You can pay for your order directly at the offices of the postal operator and personally to the courier after inspecting the parcel and checking the goods.
Payment is available both in cash and by card using a bank terminal, which are available at all branches of the postal operator.
Online card payment
Payment by Visa/MasterCard bank cards is available directly when placing an order on the website. This is the fastest, easiest and safest way to pay. In addition, if your order is paid by card - delivery is free! We ship all paid orders at our expense! All you have to do is come to the branch and pick up the package, without spending money on extra fees and delivery service.
Non-cash settlement
Available for legal entities. Place an order and specify the company name and EDRPOU code in the comments. We will create an invoice for your order and send a scan. a copy of the invoice by e-mail. Original documents (invoice and invoices) will be delivered to you in the parcel together with the goods.
